Depending on the trekking tour, walks of 3 to 5 hours should be expected. Carry what you want for bottled water and snacks. We also recommend practical footwear.
What is the grade of the trek?
You should be healthy and fit as some climbs are arduous. The terrain varies from roads to steep paths, so be prepared for some challenging sections. A moderate to strenuous walk.
What should I expect with overnight stays?
The experience is similar to a homestay in Chiang Rai, except with a hill tribe community. After arrival you will be given a meal and water. With an early rise in the morning, early sleep is encouraged. With a breakfast of rice porridge, before you will set off the next morning.
Can I recharge my devices?
There is no electricity available in the Hill Tribe villages, so if you bring a battery for your devices, that problem is solved.
